Being able to stay in your own home in your retirement years can make a huge difference to your life. We will work with you and your family to tailor a care package to your needs and devise a personal support plan. We believe that when it comes to knowing what support suits your lifestyle best, you are the expert.
Your individual care plan can include a range of services from personal care to practical support. You may simply want someone who can come round and offer peace of mind to your loved ones while joining you for a cup of tea and a chat. We can also offer support and guidance on the best way to fund your care.
Home Care is available 365 days a year from 7am until 10pm. Visits range from 30 minutes to a few hours, at times to suit you.
Personal care services could include:
- dressing and undressing
- bathing and grooming
- medicine management
- assistance with mobility (including getting up and going to bed)
- respite care
- companionship
- home-from-hospital care
Practical support could include:
- shopping
- cooking
- domestic support (including laundry and bed changing)
- visits to the shops
- accompaniment on outings or appointments
- assistance with correspondence
But remember, it's your care plan devised for you and with you. If there is something you need which is not on the list above then always ask and we will try our best to provide exactly what you need.
