We are specialists in supporting seafarers in their retirement and provide a range of housing options for rent in Merseyside.
The Mariners’ Park estate comprises 95 apartments, bungalows and houses available for rent by retired seafarers and their dependants. It is a unique place to live, where former seafarers can share memories and camaraderie in their retirement years with others who have experienced life at sea.
There is a range of properties available, meaning that all residents are able to find the most suitable for their needs and truly make their house a home.
Residents can access a full range of services including regular social events, a Home Care service to help with shopping, cleaning and other needs; and a personalised Care Plan to ensure that support is tailor-made to individual needs.
All accommodation comes fitted with a community alarm system, and emergency cover is available 24 hours a day. Gardeners, maintenance and care services are all provided for residents and workers are employed by the Nautilus Welfare Fund to ensure that the highest standards are maintained.
The homes are situated in 16 acres of immaculately kept grounds with views of the River Mersey and the iconic Liverpool waterfront. Mariners’ Park residents are also welcome to use the facilities in the Care Home which include free internet access, regular events and a daily lunch club.
